Discover the Delight of Hokkaido Hotate: Experience the Joy of Hokkaido Scallops

Welcome to our showcase of Hokkaido Hotate, a delicious treat hailing from the clear waters of Hokkaido. We are thrilled to introduce you to the extraordinary taste and quality of these silky, rich scallops.

Why Pick Hokkaido Hotate?1. Hokkaido's Perfect Environment: Hokkaido's coastlines provide an ideal home for scallops. The blend of cool currents and nutrient-filled waters ensures the best conditions for scallops to grow, yielding an unmatched flavor and texture.

2. Exceptional Farming Methods: Local farmers employ detailed and caring cultivation practices to nurture each scallop. The journey from growth to harvest is completed with the highest commitment to excellence.
3. Unbeatable Flavor: Hokkaido Hotate is a delight to taste, featuring a sweet, buttery flavor that dances on your tongue. This rich flavor stems from the clean oceanic resources the scallops consume, offering an extraordinary taste sensation.
4. Flexible Cooking Options: Hokkaido Hotate can elevate any dish, whether grilled, pan-seared, or included in a seafood plate. Their silky, creamy texture guarantees a delightful culinary experience.
Sashimi Grade

Caught in Hokkaido's deep waters, our scallops are Sashimi-grade, making them suitable for raw consumption. Perfect for sushi, pan-searing, grilling, or boiling, these low-fat, high-protein Hotate are a sought-after delicacy in the world of gastronomy.

Grilled

Place some butter and soy sauce on each Hotate and grill for about 5-10 minutes, or until the butter begins to bubble. Flip the Hotate over, remove it from the heat, sprinkle a bit of sea salt, and it's ready to serve.
