Each saku is expertly prepared by skilled butchers and trimmers, making it ideal for sushi, sashimi, or crudo. Flash-frozen at -70°F, our Chu-Toro preserves peak freshness, flavor, and texture—ready to impress at your next dinner.

Defrosting Guide for Super Frozen Tuna
Line a container with paper towel and place the tuna on top to catch excess moisture. Cover with plastic wrap and defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours. The tuna can be used even if partially thawed. Before slicing, gently scrape the surface on both sides with the back of a knife to remove any residue—this prevents discoloration and preserves taste.

Storage Note
Keep frozen until ready to use. Once defrosted, consume within 1–5 days and do not refreeze. Tuna can be stored in a regular freezer for up to 7 days.

Due to limited supply and high demand, early reservation is strongly encouraged.
